The main objective of this clan, was to protect Ng from spammers, racists, and stolen flash movies, games, or even audio. After some time, members started being inactive and irresponsible. I wanted to re-unite the members of Totsuka and recruit more members that are active and have an intelligent mind. If you hate spammers, this is the right clan for you to join. This rebornation of this clan was on July 19, 2008.

[Objective]

To help Newgrounds, Totsuka tries to provide people protection from being flamed by spamful users. If you want that certain user on Ng to be banned, pm me and I'll see what I can do and, provide evidence for checking of adminastrators. There's only a 20 percent chance of getting that user banned because Totsuka members don't have any admin powers to immediately ban them; so don't blame the members of not getting that user banned. Thanks to Wade, he has put up a thread on Ng that can blam flash movies; example like the KittyCrew submissions. The point of joining Totsuka is that you can help the mods and admins to get rid of spam and racisting flash.

[Requirements]

- You must be active for at least one hour a day.

- Use common sense in answering other's questions.

- Inactiveness will result into permanent ban in Totsuka.

- Invitations will be given to people that are invited to join, asking for invitations will be ignored.

- To be an Elite Commander, you must be active everyday and be fully trusted by everyone of Totsuka and also me.

- If you leave Totsuka, please inform me or one of the Elite Commanders by private messaging.
